Hi, I'm Thomas! I'm deeply passionate about human movement and helping you achieve your pain-free potential. My expertise spans a wide range of goals and abilities, from rehabilitating injuries to enhancing bodybuilding and sports performance. Growing up in New Zealand, I immersed myself in every sport available, eventually focusing on competitive rowing.
Through rowing, I discovered the immense impact of strength training on performance and developed a keen interest in all aspects of optimizing human potential. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I've been dedicated to coaching for the past 7 years.
Beyond the gym, I enjoy outdoor activities like rowing, volleyball, hiking, snowboarding, cycling and running.
